In this statement Foundation Global DreamWeb informs you about our rules for donations and our privacy statement.
Donations
Acceptance of any contribution, gift or grant is at the discretion of Global DreamWeb. Global DreamWeb will not accept any gifts unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of Foundation Global DreamWeb.
No irrevocable gift, whether outright or life-income in character, will be accepted if under any reasonable set of circumstances the gift would jeopardize the donor’s financial security.
Global DreamWeb will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of gifts and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their donation.
Global DreamWeb will respect the intent of the donor relating to gifts for restricted purposes and those relating to the desire to remain anonymous. With respect to anonymous gifts, Global DreamWeb will restrict information about the donor to only those staff members with a need to know.
Global DreamWeb will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders’ fees, or other means, any third party for directing a gift or a donor to Global DreamWeb.
When you do a donation to Global DreamWeb, we will add your e-mailaddress to the mailinglist for our newsletter. At any time you can easily unsubscribe from our newsletter.

When you submit for a Global DreamWeb program, we could ask you for certain personal information. This information is used to execute the services. We will not combine this information with other personal information that we have. We don’t use your information for other causes than mentioned in this privacy statement unless explicitly consented by you beforehand. We don’t share your information with third parties.

Personal information is: first name, last name, e-mailaddress, telephone number, language, address, organization name. We also could process information if this is obliged by law, like the process of tax return. The information in our accounting system will have to be saved by law for 7 years. All persons making use of our services may see, change or remove all personal information that is available to us.
