Our Theory of Change is a comprehensive description of how and why we do our activities and what we aim to achieve in the future.

In this model we engage in a process that leads to peace of mind, creates peaceful connections and enables action with people from different cultures. In every pillar we educate young people in:

and experience that presence can change their impact
2. Improving their ability to work in a cross-cultural team
and make use of their leadership skills
3. Enhancing their ability to execute projects that lead to peaceful action
